While I don't think it's fair to make it a requirement, I absolutely agree that everyone should be encouraged to buy a little more.

Ordering more makes perfect sense. They're the cheapest you can get and then you could build your own keyboards and sell them as real keyboards, not DIY sets or barebones;)

I like the idea of one of each color as a minimum order.  You'd get five double shot sets of caps for much less than the typical one set group buys. If you don't want a particular color,  sell or trade it!

I think we would lose a lot of the smaller orders because of the steep shipping costs for 5 and more sets. And it's a bit late for something like that imo, too.

Is there a comparison of the signature plastics profile and the Cherry OEM profile I can look at? A side by side of the spacebars would be even better.

Signature Plastics and Cherry OEM are about the same. The Tai Hao keycaps are Filco/Ducky/Cooler Master/WASD Keyboards/most keyboards OEM profile.

Someone posted a link to SP's website for ordering singles. I'm on my phone, so searching for it is a pain. If you can find it, go for it!

I think it's limited in colours though.

This isnt a purchase it is a Group Buy, everyone orders, when you reach MOQ (500 per colour) all the invoices are sent out, then paid. Then the keys are ordered, sorted, and shipped out to you.

Hopefully! Meaning: I hope the GB doesn't end before MOQ is met on all the colors.

There was some talk as to whether to wait for all sets to reach 500 and send one big order off, or to send each colour off if and as it reaches 500.

I think consensus was to wait for all colours to reach 500, otherwise those that ordered more than one colour would have to pay separate shipping for each colour.

Given the very low cost of these sets, separate shipping would probably cost more than the keycaps for a lot of people.

Hence why we've been talking about contacing Tai Hao to reduce MOQ on the other colours. But even so, waiting months is okay when they're so damn cheap, it's not like you're out of pocket for them in the meantime anyway.

And just because your two colours have reached MOQ doesn't mean the rest of ours have, and personally I don't want to pay 5 lots of $20 international shipping on my 5 different colours. That's $100 of shipping for ~$80 of keycaps lol.

This has to be decided once we decide to establish a deadline. This is up to the OP of course.

Right now we are assuming all colors will reach MOQ over time, so just order more sets if you want this GB to succeed
