lol I mean I'm from Asia too but I've been living in Canada for so long that I forgot it's common in Asia to get paid once a month.

But yeah I get paid once every 2 weeks, and I had a job that pay once a week that was pretty awesome.

Generally group buys run for several months.

This one, for example, elton has to collect all the money (let's hope everyone pays on time), send the money to Tai Hao, Tai Hao have to get into gear and actually make, sort and send the keycaps.

Then elton has to separate them into each order, and then post each order to either the proxy or the individual.

This could take another couple of months before all sets are distributed, especially considering the huge volume that was ordered.

Occasionally a "turbo" GB takes place, where orders are taken and payment collected within a couple of weeks. But for the most part, expect a GB to run for at least 2 - 3 months.

Yes, on the 1st, but banks take their time, so the money usually arrives around the 3rd.

If I wanted to cancel I wouldn't need an excuse. I would just tell you. Don't mind me going over the deadline? Fine with me, because I actually want the caps. Don't blame me if my bank needs a few extra days, though. They have made a habit of being slower than molasses.

I think if the people running the GB are enthusiastic with great communication and prompt response also organized, then people would appreaciate the hard work. so payment and things would be much more efficient.

Elton fits those bills, I believe that is why this is going smooth.. I personally have total confident this GB will be a great success!

He said he's still on it and is finding himself a Korean proxy since a lot of them are from Korea.

But I have a suggestion. What if I invoice you all first and once he gives me the cost of him shipping to you guys and it's less than my shipping cost, I refund each of you the difference? Let me know.
