Please fill out the form if you are interested in this set and to give some feedback on this set.
You are being assigned to a highly classified case that began in July of the year 2019. ██████████████████████████

have been redacted because some of the information is above your clearance level. The main information you need to know to get the job done
is that this set will be use doubleshot legends with pad printed redactions on top of the doubleshot legends.
GMK stock colors will be used.
One advantage of a project that has this much information redacted, is that it can cover nearly every sized
keyboard layout in the base kit. Each redaction was carefully chosen so that the correct amount of each sized
keys on each row that are needed for more obscure layouts, which are usually not covered in base kits. In the image below,
you will find a list of how many of each key are redacted on each row. This is based on our Obscure kits we usually run. So there should be
the same coverage that the Obscure kit gives from our past groupbuys. ███████████████████████████████████████
There will also be a novelties kit that will include all the top level pattents you need to make sure your build is truly secure from any leaks.

The bars is kit is just that. Bars.

The REDACTIONS will be pad printed over the double shot legends. We have gotten samples from GMK and they are really cool.

They sent us a version with one layer of pad print and one with double pad print.
The single pad print has nearly no difference in texture from the regular cap, yet you can slightly see the legend showing through.
The double pad printed is lifted a tiny bit where you can feel the edge of the print if you rub your finger back and forth on it.
But the legend beneath is completely covered.
I have spent a few weeks with both of these options on the E and R keys of my board and to be honest, I really cant tell a difference
in them when I am just in the rhythm of typing. My wife has also typed on them for a while and I asked her if she could tell the difference,
and she couldn't either. The redactions are not placed on the main keys most people rest on so I believe the double would be okay.
The double will succeed in the theme of this set the best.

Just an idea, redacting the 2 would better support NorDeUK which might use " instead of @ as the modifier, so it would be more universally applicable but I suppose it might look too clustered next to the W and E...

Cool set, but pad printing cheapens the whole thing.
i still dont get the hate on pad printing, at least when it's GMK. there's a pretty annoying misconception surrounding it with armchair owners saying it fades or disappears after days or weeks of owning a set.. i have a ridiculously shined set of GMK Griseann and the pad printing is literally 99% intact, the only fade is on the bottom corner of the E key sublegend. this set is a few years old and HEAVILY used and is still in wonderful shape.
besides, i think the pad printing sort of plays into the novelty of this specific set by fading over time, revealing the legend underneath. a cool character building set.

This set lends itself towards that because it wouldn't have to be as big as it would be in regular sets.

Just an idea, redacting the 2 would better support NorDeUK which might use " instead of @ as the modifier, so it would be more universally applicable but I suppose it might look too clustered next to the W and E...

I like this, I just would like to see a few more redacted alphas as well.
Needs at least two more redacted caps for row 3 and you would cover Norde kits basically. Can't exchange some on the same row because then you loose those caps, H and L.
Aww yiss. Signed up just to post about how excited I am. However, I do have a couple of suggestions: It's be awesome to include a few more redacted keys to enable much better ISO-DE compatibility. I get it's a niche thing. Of course it won't be possible to cover every single thing, in particular with the numbers but redacting a couple of layout-specific keys (or adding new ones, though that of course would increase cost) would help.
I definitely would love a full ISO-DE set of this but I realize that's unlikely. But I hope there's a way to utilize the set's concept to offer a lot of compatibility :)

Dixie, Sir, could this please please please be considered? This set is ideal to market to and help people from niche corners of the hobby fill their boards. I'd be happy to help with NorDe kitting if needed. I don't know the first thing about Colemak or Dvorak, but if those guys could also be incorporated into that alongside with people who'd like a few more redacted keys I'm sure an extention kit would sell well.

Isn't SCP Copywritten? You would need to get permission to use the logo in the first place, rama typically doesn't deal with stuff like that. Plus this sent is more about in the tone of real govt redaction's where as SCP is fictional so it wouldn't really fit the theme that they are going with.

However, I'm not sure how the ShareAlike clause would figure into the whole making an aluminum keycap equation. I guess Rama would have to release the design file for this particular novelty in that case?

Good to hear. Wasn't expecting them to be specific and actually glad to hear that there's nothing underneath, don't have to worry about wearing off the pad printing to reveal a wrong legend.

Well it's awesome that Redacted will have some alternative layout support. I know it's difficult to justify niche support for GMK sets, given GMK's kit costing methodology.
