I think you may be asking about the MX Mini?

Yes he's made the LZMX, it looks like an LZ-F/LZ-S/LZ-GH except for the MX Mini. I believe he's also made a variety of acrylic cases which among them also fit the MX Mini PCB

I'd be willing to put $150 and my case up if someone wants the plate/pcb. I just want the full metal case as mine is aluminum/acrylic layers.

I believe so SmallFry; If the MX-Mini is the board with the same layout as the Noppoo Choc Mini.

Yes it looks like Choc Mini but has the option of getting it in a winkeyless layout that uses 1.5 unit mods and 7 unit space

There was no agreement, but rather a suggestion for it by a mod and some others. Personally, I change price to "sold to person x" and lock the thread.

You have a point, but that looks more like a request (Please do this) than a rule.
Same with Bumping/"ttt", I do it, but I wait 24 hours. The "rule" isn't spelled out very well. There are people who post WTS/WTB threads who are not well known or their thread my get any attention due to being new, so a bump every 24 hours is fine. Otherwise their thread would get buried on page 5.

Oh and the above are meant as opinions, not facts lol

Mybad, was sold for $100 but then I had some missing keys and refunded the buyer.

dolch set went back into the box until I find the missing keys and RA sold.
