And I need your help.

I have been hired by ITAC Systems, Inc. on a temporary short term basis to research the market and find opportunities for their sales staff.

While they do sell fome desktop products, their primary focus is business, primarily in industrial and other environments where input devices take a lot of abuse.  Hazardous environments too.

Trackballs are the core of their product line, but they are exploring some other areas i'm not sure i'm allowed to discuss.

I was looking to get some suggestions.  I am technically inclined to some degree but this is something that I am not very familiar with (but am learning a lot about!).

Basically, I'm looking for companies that would make control panel like boards that ITAC trackballs can go into, in different industries like manufacturing, to emergency dispatch.  There are lots of applications for trackballs still in a variety of fields, so I've been charged with finding companies that need trackballs that would benefit from an ITAC solution.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,

Travis Newman

I used to own a Mouse Trak, it was a great product.  I don't know what the best bet for business would be, but I would focus on industrial/scientific uses.  Good luck!
