Here is the final final list.  I've gone through all of the bags and boxes and scrounged up as many of these as possible, but there are still some keycaps I need from SP.

If your line says "Ready to ship", the keycap(s) are in a baggie with your name on it.  I need to get some more sturdy mailers, then I can send them out.
