Green Alps for the top row, maybe the rest of the board too. I saw it, too expensive for me unfortunately. If it was under $120 I'd snatch it up.
I proxy anything including keyboards (キーボード / 鍵盤), from both Japan (日本) and China (中國). For more information, you may visit my dedicated webpage here: https://www.keyboards.es/proxying.html

I see them a lot on Japan Yahoo Auction you'd need to use a import service like http://www.private-import-japan.com/
Heres one at 80ish USD atm http://www.private-import-japan.com/acitem.php?auctionid=f164372868

What kind of dye do the keycaps use? Now that I know for sure that they have Green Alps I'll be looking for one assuming the keycaps are decent.

Double shot, but windowed ones may be pad print?

Sweet thanks for the info Hasu. I'll definitely have to look at getting one but I'll need to find a Japanese proxy. :P

I want that board just for the caps! I'm not even Japanese, but I really want some caps like those!

Yeah, I looked into this board when I was perusing where to find some Green Alps. Are most of the caps as thick as the ones on the top right? If so, they might just be the thickest Alps doubleshots I've seen yet.

Thick one is from number row, caps on the row are thicker than other alpha rows. X68k is not thicker specially, looks like same thickness as my Next(with black Alps, Non-ADB) board caps.
