So I've acquired a keyboard from my friend.
I'm under the assumption it's a "fujitsu peerless". It has a spring with a rubberdome thing underneath.
What is the whole deal with these things? For typing, the keys do have sort of a "click", but it's incredibly stiff. Even more stiff than a model M. The spacebar is very hard for me to actuate while typing. Even if I press it, it doesn't signal due to the need to hit it incredibly far & hard since the dome acts as the buckling mechanism?
It's totally bizarre. The indicator lights are integrated in the respective keys; I don't like that.
