That custom poker is quite a deal, if I didn't have one already I would jump all over that.

Holy ****, amazing deal on that Poker. I'd be all over it if I hadn't already started building my own.

My signature hasn't changed since 2012. I should really update it.

Even though you're in OKC; and as a Texan, I am required by law to look upon you with a slight amount of distaste, your avatar and generosity to what is effectively a stranger are making me think of you as a bff.

(Seriously, go with the springs *you* want.  I was asking mainly out of curiosity than anything, I just forgot to add what plunger to my original question.)

Lol! Just say no Jocelyn!

I wish a bit that I'd said no when I sold one of mine for what I paid for it just to see it put up for trade less than a month later.  WTB moar bro caps.

Well.... I'm originally from Philly and have only been in OKC for about a year, so none of that means anything ;)
In all honesty, I think I want an Ergo Clear like switch, but I'm not entirely sure if the 55g, 62g, 65g springs are MX Cherry or Korean based. My guess is that I want clears with 55g, but I was waiting to hear what MMB had to say. Argh I feel bad about cluttering up this thread with these replies of mine.

Jocelyn, I'm sure you can handle yourself. Someone who's frequented hardforum, AnandTech, and OCN can surely handle a forum this tame. ;)

If you're going clears, I'd recommend either 62g or 65g springs. 55g may be too light to reset them reliably. Those are ratings for full compression, so the Cherry 45g spring (red/blue/brown) would rate 60g on the Korean scale.

Yes, I would call [H] my home, but GH is slowly becoming a very close second. Everything seems so pleasant here all the time and I don't want to get rowdy like I would on other forums :p

The good news is that you've helped me realize what I want. The bad news is that I'm taking those 62g springs lol

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
