music you are not proud of liking
« on: Wed, 15 January 2014, 10:33:38 »
do you have a track or an album you are not proud of linking? or maybe you don't even like it but you find yourself singing it under the shower?

I unfortunately have many... but if I have to pick one that would be Total Eclipse of the Heart...

It's not a bad song. The music is dull as ****, but the song (or message at least) is good.

The Sad Clown cover of Royals is amazing.

I'm with baldgye when it comes to this; I like what I like, I'm not really ashamed by any of it.

I haven't used last.fm in more than five years, kinda wish I hadn't stopped because it'd be nice to see stats. But as I updated foobar it became too much hassle to bother with the last.fm plugin since it didn't always play nice with other components.

Its a toss up between this and Chisu. But I think my friends would be okay with Chisu. This though, if they knew I liked this, they would surely disown me.

I sure many people think I should ashamed of liking Taylor Swift, but I'm fine with it.

And Lorde stuff ain't bad, for a pop music creation.  "Royals" has been overplayed, though.

I actually started using it again after it was brought up here, just for fun. I don't mess about with foobar as much as I used to, so it shouldn't cause any problems. I do wish the official scrobbler would work with the newest foobar though, because apparently it uploads existing playcounts if it finds any. That'd be a nice kickstart.
