I bought a Rosewill RK-9000BR about 2 years ago, the mini USB connector on the KB has recently become a problem. I assume I purchased one of the variants with the 'bad USB connector' as I have attempted to re-solder the mini USB connector to the board but the pins are actually too short for the solder to get a solid grip and soon after become loose again.
I read elsewhere on the forum that gluing the sides of the USB connector with gorilla glue may solve the problem. I'm looking for opinions on this and if it's something that will work long term or should I just cut my loses here and buy a newer/better KB?
I also tried securely fastening the mini USB cable to the keyboard as shown in this pic but it hasn't helped that much as there's still some movement and sway:

As I've also been quite happy with the RK-9000BR up until now I haven't invested any time in researching other / better KB's, if anybody has used one these KB's and has a suggestion for a better replacement please let me know and I'll look into it.
