High River Sauces makes a bunch of pretty cheap but solid hot sauces, none of which are really obnoxiously hot, like to the point where you really don't get the flavor.

Add's a lot of flavor and it isn't "vinegar water". Plus it's not just heat, it's love. I used to work at a Firehouse Subs ages ago so I've had my fair share of hot sauces. :thumb:

Speaking of firehouse.. I fell in love with this sauce:   



I prefer the mild/hot versions, the extra hot trades too much flavor for heat for my taste.
