I planned to integrate from with the "Page Up" and "Page Down" keys.
Now it's more clear.

Although I use bash shell quite often, I use the 'tilde' e.g. for home and 'backtick' e.g. for output substitute not as often...
I do hit the Home/End more often then those two keys.
A few keys are not included here:
Menu, Meta
Keys that can usually be compromised in some other layouts:
Super/Win, Insert, PrtSc, NumLk, ScrLk, Pause, Break
I just notice that even the Type 5 and Type 6 keyboards of Sun MicroSystem have an empty key in front of F1 when they have their Esc key in front of '~' (Tilde).
