You'll need to scan the instruction manual 'cause I don't know how to do this although I'm sure it can be done.

try:

1) Turn off N-key rollover and switch to 6 key rollover.

2) I had a Ducky One RGB TKL and it had a way to set it up for USB 2 or USB 3. This has to do with how much power the keyboard draws. Anyway... look through the manual for some setting for USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 and try it both ways.

Thanks for your help Tactile.

I've tried it in the 6-key rollover mode and the behavior is the same.

There is nothing in the manual about different USB modes. I think this keyboard is only USB 2.0. In About My Mac / System Report, it's listed as USB 2.0 and also the product page on Ducky's website lists it as USB 2.0 (last page) http://www.duckychannel.com.tw/page-en/One_2_Mini_RGB/
