Local Findings

So almost everyone has e recylers around them, but do they usually allow you to take things that might be of your interest? I know that colleges sometimes do things related to keyboards but im not sure what it is. Are there any other good ways to find keyboards locally?

In the area where I live are a couple of Goodwill Outlet stores. Unsold merchandise from the retail stores is transferred to these Outlet stores where just about everything is sold by the pound.

A pal goes to them regularly and has brought me at least two Model M (1391401), a Compaq/Cherry  11800 (PBT, trackball, MX browns), an NEC H412 with the NEC - whatever switches, and a few I threw away and so can't remember.

If you have any Goodwill Outlet stores in your area they're worth checking out.

Gonna have to drop in my local Goodwill outlet soon, I've heard they're decent options for finding vintage KBs from a few other people also. There's slim pickings here in Pittsburgh as far as electronics recyclers & vintage PC shops go. There was a electronics/appliances drop off at my local municipal bldg. a few months back. I asked if they'd let me look at the KBs they collected when I dropped a broken fridge off, but they didn't let me unfortunately.

A Goodwill manager told me that Goodwill of North Georgia has an agreement with one or more of the computer store chains not sell computer gear.
Michael Wolff says he urged Epstein to release information he had on Trump, but Epstein appeared worried about what Trump would do to him.
Epstein told him, “I may be a pervert, but I’m not crazy.” Epstein continued, "Trump is a man without any scruples.”

Not sure if all of them are, but I know at least a few have realized that they have let a lot of high dollar stuff slip out for really cheap and have been hiring people to help better monetize that stuff so the days of finding something of serious value for pennies are probably going to become fewer and fewer.

The Seattle Goodwill stores put just about anything of value on their auction site or on eBay.  I've only run into one mechanical keyboard at Goodwill, and it was a pretty crappy thing with knockoff blue switches.
