There is no right answer. But community can help you if you can narrow down what is important to you (feel, sound, budget, availability, etc).
As was previously mentioned, Tealios are super smooth, but the sound is suspect at best.
Inks are great, usually not hard to find, but they are not the cheapest (same with Tealios).
Creams have great sound, good feel, decent price, but take some time to break in and get right.
I love my Tangerines, but they required lube and thicc films to get right. They are also in very short supply.
JWKs - Alpacas, H1s, Marshmallows, and other others are all great once lubed and filmed. The price is pretty good, but they sell out quickly. Biggest difference among them is color and spring weight (which can be changed).
MX Blacks are good (and cheep) and can be made almost as good as Inks with a PE stem...you just have to find the stems.

Milky yellows are cheap hidden gem.
