to be able to start a GB you need to be active for a bit longer, and also to have made quite a few other posts so by the time you get there you will have learnt quite a bit more, go and look at ICs and GBs currently running and ask questions to the runners (not all may answer or they may answer later as running a GB is quite a bit of work), you could also ask questions on the making stuff together for prototyping if you are not scared of sharing and maybe loosing a sale or two to guys with big 3d printers.
