I need help with my handwired sick 68

I built a hardwired kb the sick68 i put an Arduino 32u4 and it broke after working for like 3 month so   I switched it to the teensy 2.0 and flashed it with qmk with the right software I think and none of the keys work. I really need help

The Teensy has a smaller bootloader so you need to change the size setting in the firmware, did you do that?  Next option would be the row2column or column2row - if shorting the non-diode pin on the switch to the other side of the diode types the correct character you need the other option.
