New species: Cherry MX light blue

Just when you thought we at least had Cherry figured out and only ALPS were the evil guys, I come around with this!

I found this in the Spacebar on the Talent keyboard I found today.

Sun is gone, so I had to use flash and the pics are bad. But you can see the spacebar has a MX blue of a slightly lighter color. This is harder to see in the pics but actually very obvious in real life.

Before someone blames it on someone throwing something into the dye pot at Cherry in the 80s, nope. Different spring too:

I am assuming this is what they used in their very early days before they came up with Cherry MX greens for their spacebars.

Anyway, there you have it. One more to add to the switch pool. Measures 65g.

Wow, totally different springy.  Even my Dolch Pac-60 boards have Green spacebar switches.  I'll have to check a couple of older ones i have to see.  Since I rarely pull spacebars, I don't know what any have.  I know some have the same blue switch as the others.

That could be a cherry green spring.  Cherry green stem is the same shape as a cherry blue stem, just varies by spring.
