What is best latest TKL keyboard kit I could buy?

Tomorrow new keyboard will be delivered - Nuphy Node 100 (low profile, beige version).
I hope mods on that will be ok. However, it is kinda messed up full size cause cursor cluster is moved
I hope that those red switches going to be heavy enoughf or me. I wonder if low profile needs lighter spring for same result as standard profile.

OK, so Node 100. Very good feeling when typing, too light for me, would need to swap sp;rings for something heavier.
Problem is, that layout. Move nav and arrows cluster and I'm dead...
Why the hell Nuphy did Node 100 high profile with normal layout, but low prifle made weird.

I don't have any low-profile keyboards.

The only one I've heard good reviews for is the Nuphy Air75.

Wouldn't mind having one of those. Some of the low-profile tactiles are interesting. From the various Gateron-style 'browns' to some off-brand 'browns' that are non-MX feeling, to the Kailh Sunset which actually have some personality.

It seems to be no cheaper than setting up an MX keyboard, though.

One of the content creators in China made a comparison among all the recent TKLs. And I believe the Tofu TKL wins by a big margin, even beating the NEO80cu. Here is the link.

What are your thoughts on the Neo80CU? Does it have different typing characteristics than the regular Neo80?

Also, does the Neo80CU have the same easy disassembly as the Neo80, and are the PCBs compatible? As in, interchangeable.

OK, after trying out like 8 different keyboards I think I found one that is really good out of the box.
It covers few things that I like in keyboards - standard TKL layout, lovely retro color (beige), stabs lubed and ready to use, cool retro beige usb-c cable 9always a plus:), sounds and feels nice.

Keychron C1 Pro 8K

It comes with different switches, I picked Super Banana (tactile). Caps that it comes with are OSA retro.




Do I like it?

YES, I like it, so much that I bought 5 of them
