This project exists to create something meaningful within the mechanical keyboard hobby. Not as a tribute piece, but as a statement. A carefully considered set built around strong identity, bold color choices, and a theme rooted in endurance and passion.
The visual direction draws from a personal love of deep greens, earthy tones, and fiery accents. The result is a set that feels grounded, powerful, and unmistakable on a desk.

Color InspirationThe palette focuses on rich greens, warm accents, and dark supporting tones.
These colors were chosen to reflect strength, heat, and perseverance while remaining versatile across a wide range of keyboards. While the inspiration comes from a larger fictional universe, the execution is intentionally subtle and abstract, allowing the set to stand confidently on its own.

GMK Salamander is a set rooted in my love for deep greens and the themes of resilience and fire that first drew me into the worlds I enjoy most.
The colors reflect armor, hardened skin, and the ever-present flames of a harsh homeworld. More than anything, this set represents my desire to leave an impression in a hobby and community that has given me countless hours of joy.
This project was made in collaboration with NyxKeys, a team that continues to push forward with intent and care, and I could not imagine a better partner for something so personal.
We hope you enjoy this set as much as we do, and we welcome any feedback you may have.
