They've got red esc keys in stock for $1.50 (http://www.keycapsdirect.com/redesc.php)

I'm also after some blanking tiles. I can't find a reference to them on the site though, I'm just assuming they make them...

Now that the invoice stuff became plain sailing and iMav became the richest GeekHacker, I've got time to take care of the SVG-files whcih still need improvement to meet production requirements:

Line thickness is 0.2mm, but it would be appreciated if it where something like 0.3 or 0.35mm.
Gap between islands or lines must be 0.5mm wide.

I modified the 'keyboard-collecting escapee' already. This should work out. I need the SVG file (only the white part for sure):

In the graphic above, 1pixel is 1/100mm.

@Bugfix: I would really appreciate if you could do this once more!

It doesn't need much tweaking. Only pushing around the shapes a bit. The left eye needs to be a bit more to the right and the mouth a bit up.

Again, 1pixel=1/100 mm.

9.04mm x 10.84mm is the size into which the insert mold graphic must fit.

Sorry to be picky, but on the escapee, the top lines of the keyboard don't match up, neither does the sleeve.

Just to be fair, that png is off by one pixel too(inner sleeve to outer sleeve). Good thing we don't have larger issues on this desing anymore ;D

Outerside of keyboard is wrong by one pixel, I belive, sleeve is good.

On Left side arm the bicep is fatter than on right side or the sleeve. Someone else can make the judgment call if bicep and other part should be same or different.

After all this nippicking I'm starting to feel obligided to order more of these...

Looks quite fine to me. The arms are thinner than in my PNG which is more realistic.

There are only 2 change I would like to have.

1. Between keyboard and sleeve is a litle piece of arm or wrist which should be slightly thicker.

2. Please make the SVG file such that the keyboard runner is maximal magnified in a square and in both directions centered (something like on the PNG file).

I just don't want to have this off-center graphic handed over to SP and 50 GeekHackers in tears because the escapee came out so small on the escape key.

ps: maybe the body less fat, as it was before ...

You have to zoom real close to see keyboard. I wouldn't say the body shape is an issue, it isn't 90-degree angle anymore but not bad.

In terms of SVGs you are the one who can read and write amongst primitive natives who can't!

It is perfect, except for the wrist and sleeve. If you could do it the same way as it is in my PNG it would be great.

Remember: The black stuff needs now only be 0.2mm
thick, the grey stuff is where the background is which
needs to be 0.5 thick (said Melissa!).

What this file needs is to more space around the eyes
as shown in the grapphic. The left eye must be moved
slightly more right, to allow the cutaway around it and
finally the tounge must be lifted a bit up. It is also possible
to make the lip thinner (0.2mm).

Everything clear?

The bottom-line of the left eye is now 2 pixels higher than the right one, but I think ca .015mm are not really a problem.
