So preparing the packages of everyone who received the email this morning is going to take until the end of next week (aka July 1st)?? And then our keys will be shipped the following week (July 4th) I assume?

If I understand correctly we will receive another email once our keys actually ship, correct?

USPS, not to be confused with UPS, is the government operated mail agency in the states. Right now USPS is not letting any mail into Canada. Other shipping companies like UPS and Fedex however are independent and deliver mail as normal.

It measns that iMav will pack your package and ship really soon, so you should check if everything is in order, or if your address has changed and such.

Well you ought to wait till i get mine, then post the pics and show it to you before you decide it's what you thought it would be.

Right now it's a risk whether SP did not botch up the order like some of the other kits :x

The first shipping notice was a miscommunication between Imav and 7bit and nothing shipped. As for the second shipped notification I am guessing that means your keys have actually shipped now or will be shipped within the next 24 hours.

Hopefully I will receive my second shipped notification soon.

I think there is a lot of misunderstanding here and we don't know why only 2 users in the forum received their keycaps because only theirs were shipped or a lot more were shipped and didn't arrive to other users.

I'm just asking for a way to know if the keycaps have shipped yet or not. I mean everybody have received Shipping Notice that are suposed to mean that the Keycaps are shipped but then you told us that the email means nothing...weeks later we receive a new shipping notice that again means nothing.

Everything looked to be in order. I had a bit of an extra balance; might just save that for Round 4 (lol) or donate it to iMav for this insane project.

Will these keys wear fast? How about as fast as the Filco keys do? (not legends, just shinyness)

Wondering if I should've just saved time and bought the PBT keys from that other guy on here.. Imsto. Probably better durability too?

(my filco keys are wearing pretty quick, just hope these double shots aren't as quick!)

The letters can't wear off like on printed keys. They run all the way through the key like a stick of seaside rock.

There are 2 different shipping notices: One which says that I've told iMav to ship these keys to that address. I did this such that everybody knows what they get and can check if anything is in order and have enough time to tell me if something is wrong.

The other notice, that iMav shipped the packages was really a misunderstanding :-(

I've communicated this to 7bit, but wanted to let you guys know as well. Every order that doesn't have significant blank sets and/or some of the more obsecure sets (POS, for example) will ship (or has already been shipped) this week. The weekend will be dedicated to collating the remaining sets. And then the rest of the orders can be packed and shipped rather quickly.

The only caveat is the Canadian orders. I am still packing them up...but as of right now, USPS will not even let me print shipping for those destinations. As soon as that problem resolves itself, those orders will go out as well.

They haven't been sorted into sets yet.

I understand the frustration...Believe me, I want these keys out of here as soon as possible and am working to get that accomplished!

If 7bit and I agree to have me do Round 4, you'll see those orders ship out significantly quicker then round 3. (as I am developing the process as I go this round)

I think big ass centered letters should be banned from the keyboard world. They can have the most awesome combination of colors but I wouldn't touch them with a 10ft stick.
Seriously, one of the ugliest key caps I've seen. They look like they were made for the elderly with vision problems.
