"untested" on an M2 almost always means it's not working and you have to do the capacitor transplant.

I might be interested. What makes these different/better than a standard Model M? How tough is it to transplant the capacitor?

They're much smaller than the Model M, but other than that, they're pretty much inferior in every way.

But, if you want a smaller, cheap keyboard that still has buckling springs, it could do the trick.

The keys are laid out flat, while the Model M is "scooped" (curved backplate). The board is also much smaller than a regular M (and even Unicomp's Space Saver)
