Realforce 103UB 55g - Great Condition
« on: Fri, 13 May 2011, 17:10:52 »
Hey all,

I purchased this keyboard off of another member on this forum about 3 weeks ago, but it hasn't seen too much use. Maybe an hour or so a day, as I do most of my work on my laptop keyboard. It pains me to get rid of this as it is really the greatest keyboard I have ever used, but the black on grey just makes it unusable at night (when I actually DO use my desktop).

Also, I need as much money as I can get as I'll be spending the next 7 months in Shanghai and almost everything I own must go, including the desktop itself (that'll be on craigslist, unless someone here from the DC/NoVA/MD area is interested in a gaming desktop...)

Price is $190 *shipped* USPS to CONUS and $200 to Canada (shipping included)
Pics (sorry for the quality, it's coming off an iPhone - I really need to get noise reduction in PS Express!)

'

Thanks for looking!

I'm not interested in an otaku unfortunately, and I have the only keyboard I need atm. Unless you've got the complete p90x set it's cash all the way :p

I used to professionally coached plyo and sport specific exercises.  The p90x is a joke for athletes but it does help the general public loose weight.

I swear, Ripster has the worst ADD - he goes way off topic of the already off topic posts :p

I'm going with P90x because it seems like a good balanced workout for getting more flexible and in better shape. I'm also working out at a gym for strength training. How's crossfit for flexibility and endurance??

Can you please RipOmeter every key to show it truly is in great condition?

Should take $56.65 in Nickels.

I don't even have $56 in my bank account, how am I going to get that many nickels? :p

Home training programs like P90x usually do more harm than good, especially in the long run!
Professional supervision of a qualified trainer is absolutely necessary.
I do understand that this can be very expensive for students, however I'm more than happy to help you and save you some bucks in the process.
Home training programs usually have a stong appeal, because they suggest that you can do it on you own, what is very convinient for students on budget.

The flexibility part in the P90x program is ineffective just by itself. I do not recommend conventional stretching to my clients at all.

However a well balanced personalized training program with lot of active flexibility drills combined with myofascial release and trigger point therapy, usually do the trick and make you loose.
Movement screening and corrections should be an essential part of any training program, without that you're basically just hurting yourself, and learning bad and dangerous movement patterns.
Before you do anything READ this book.

If your goal is to be flexible and have a great endurance, than crossfit will be perfect for that, but I'd rather recommend kettlebell training.
Also make sure to find a qualified instuctor.
