Hey,

I just ordered a kbdrunner keycap. This is the message:

Quote from: crun
ROUND3/KBDRUNNER/RED
EMAIL xxxy@hotmail.com

However, this is the reply on my mail:

Quote
Dear crun,

here is your updated pre-order:

Preorder #0373 for crun

Order-ID|Description|Price|Qty|Pcs|Total
Total | | | | 0| 0.00

Did I something wrong, or just 1 keycap isnt enough to make an order? How can I fix it?

Thanks in advance.

NOIR/KBDRUNNER/RED
^^^This os the classic Keyboard Runner (aka 'keyboard in the ass')

ORANJE/KBDRUNNER comes in orange on very dark grey.

Here is the staticstic:

It appears that I can't order ANTICAPSLOCK for ROUND3 or SPH. I don't have this problem with the other styles.
Actually the only key I wan't from ANTICAPSLOCK is the full touch control. I know it is included in TENKELESS but ordering TKLSE + ANTICAPSLOCK is cheaper. I need to cut costs wherever I can, or else I can't order as many sets.

With the risk of making you mad. My preferred solution would be that WRAUL kit. It would include R3U175 Control, R2U100 E and R4U100 M. Those are all keys that's included in the STANDARD and TENKEYLESS kits.

I would order the following of that kit.
NOIR/WRAUL 2
ORANJE/WRAUL 3
RETRO/WRAUL 2
ROUND3/WRAUL 3
SPH/WRAUL 1

I know that E and M isn't needed for the styles with big centered letters. But to simplify things I guess its better to just include them for those styles too.

Great to see you back in action 7bit.
I'm sorry to bother you, but I haven't received an answer to the quoted question(s).

The only thing which keeps me in good mood is the fact that the one-fit-all group buy of Deskthority and OTD takes almost the same time as this one.

Also they sell only 170 single keys per one single kit while this one has got 1000s of different kits!!!!

PS: I still need someone to collect money, otherwise this will never end!

Edit: CONTROL175 added.

It is a 1.75 units, row 3, centered mouhnt key without step!

If there ever existed a full-touch, off-center Control key kit it would be named CONTROL175F and the stepped counterpart (which will never ever exist) whould be called CONTROL175S.

You have the by far best and most advanced group buy. All the options is mind blowing. I'm sure everyone here is appreciates your efforts.

If I understand this right, you need someone in the US for this. Living in Sweden I unfortunately can't help with that.

That awesome. Now I don't have to buy the ANTICAPSLOCK kit just for that one key.

To replace the E and M key that's included in TKLSE. Don't like that € and μ symbol much.

OK, I add these keys to the language specific kits. An extra E can't be wrong anyway.

BLANKMOD has 19 modifier keys

Besides these 13 keys what else is there?
1x Left Shift (2.25x)
1x Right Shift (2.75x)
2x Ctrl (1.25x)
2x Alt (1.25x)
2x Window (1.25x)
1x Menu (1.25x)
1x Caps Lock (1.75x)
1x Enter (2.25x)
1x Backspace (2.00x)
1x Tab (1.50x)

I'd like to know this as well. Particularly whether or not it really includes the 225 and 275 shift keys.
Thanks in advance :)

Oh and I'm in for a BLOOD/SYMALIEN :)

Really what these group buys need is an interactive order thingy, with WYSIWYG icons - so you can order key-by-key, and know that you got it right.

You can do that at wasdkeyboards.com, but they aren't double-shots.  ;-)

I usually have to send 2/3 PM's before I get a response; if you're not getting any emails after an hour or so, send another PM. Even if you've sent an invalid order through you should get an email saying that nothing has been added.

I have no access to a set of WYSE doubleshots I pulled off of a board at the office this week to check on this, so I'll ask here and hopefully someone knows.

Could CHERRYBLACK be a good match with WYSE doubleshots on a black TKL?  The problems I recall with the WYSE board was shifts, space bar and enter key (the WYSE was ISO style).  Thus \| is probably screwy too (1 unit instead of 1.5 unit).  Nuts, probably the whole INSERT->PGDn cluster and PRINT/SCROLL/PAUSE cluster are probably also missing.  Sigh.

Any thoughts or assistance from someone who's considered or already done exactly this?  I guess I'm looking for a "WYSE moogle kit", specifically?

I really like the touch of orange on this layout.  Don't suppose there's any way to break out arrows and escapes (and even better - F5 through F8 keys!) so we can come up with our own color schemes?  :D

Something like...
ORANJE/ARROWPOINTERS/WHITE/ORANGE
ESCAPE/WHITE/ORANJE

Can anyone confirm...this is not too late to order?!

I am sorry, I have not been on for quite some time now due to a few mishap in life so I am very out of date regarding with this group buy which I intend to get myself into if not too late?

I can see that "current" deadline is past the date, but just sounds like the deadline has been extended and want to know if it still is prolonged?

I wasn't around for Round 3, but what I gather is they finished taking orders in December or January, and people started receiving keys in June.

For real? Lol thats crazy.

R4 is going to be for something like 50,000 keys.  R3 was of similar size I think.  Then they have to be sorted into individual orders, double-checked, addressed, and sent.  It's a massive job.

Don't take that date literally.  It's more like a goal. :)

I guess so wow. That does sound like a serious undertaking.

It is still not too late.

Just need someone who can collect PayPal money and can pay SP without any currency exchange fees.

Took some more trys but the bot finally did its job.

Why is a Noir blank TKL more expensive than a Colemak Tenkeyless kit? Not complaining, just curious. I remember having seen some talk about this but didn't pay attention then. :(

Heh, I don't know that lurking for a year and buying a couple keyboards in the classifieds qualifies me.

Have you considered putting up a post somewhere detailing what you need and how to do the work? Like how to collect so many paypal payments without ending up short of money from all those fees, dealing with refunds, etc. Ordinary people wouldn't have a clue about that, you almost need some Ebay pro with that sort of experience .
