Problem with Noppoo Mini Choc
« on: Mon, 01 August 2011, 15:34:58 »
I just purchased a Noppoo Mini Choc MX Brown and it arrived today. I'm using Win7 64 bit and for some reason when I plug the keyboard in, all the LED lights consistently flash and no keypresses register. Likewise when I plug the keyboard up and reboot my computer, I'm stuck at the bios screen.

Anyone have a clue as to what's wrong?

Have you tried a different USB port. What about a completely different computer?

I'm using that keyboard on Win 7 x64 and I've never experienced any problems like the ones you've described, so it's definitely not an OS issue.

I tried every USB port on my computer and it still does not work. This time the switch key light only blinks and when I press a key, all other LED lights flash.

Try it on some other computer, if you see the same issues, the keyboard is probably defective.

I tested it on both my destop and laptop and I have the same issue. Don't suppose there's some sort of driver update for the board perhaps? I dunno.. guess it's time to send it back
