What's the story with this guy? He has a bunch of Filcos and other keyboards that I've never seen before. I searched here, but I couldn't find anything.

Filco Zeroes weren't popular in the US. People complained about firmware issues due to a slower scan rate "needed" for ALPS-compatible switches, so they were pulled from the US market (before Filco as a whole was dropped). That, and ALPS switches aren't near as popular as Cherry, so the market was pretty small to begin with.

hmmm.. i've seen FILCO ZERO with white ALPS switch but never seen green and orange switches.
Does anyone know if he modified the switches or Japan sells these other colour switches?

I'm pretty sure they're modified. Only recently have blue-stemmed ALPS-like switches re-surfaced, so other colors were probably harvested from older ALPS 'boards. The keycaps on those 'boards would suggest the same.
