I'm always surprised that post count is such a big issue. It's can be an interesting factoid, but not much else, for me. I'm over 2,000, but most of my posts are junk, yapping about nailing peoples grandmothers in their driveways and such. The Summer of Ping is when my post count went way up starting the July 4 weekend with all the meltdowns that were occurring and the forum was sliding to ****. Then I found out that Ripster and \KL are the same person, (like Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie) and it was all good after that.

OOOH! My post count just went up by +1

Let me guess - the bouncer kicked you out.

Ripster needs forced retirement - like JoePa. His career is waning.

Plus you know he's over the hill since he's always complaining about young people.

I've been removed on more than one occasion. For lots of reasons:

Too tipsy.
Spent too much money. (thousands, and it was getting people riled up, performers and patrons alike)
Too popular.
By mistake.
Jealousy by a couple employees about some of the girls. (I can be VERY cats meow at times)

Nah, no bonus blowing here, it's all affordable and has negligible impact on the bottom line. I know that sounds full of ****, but I don't generate income at a steady, predictable rate. It's more of a "How much do we want? BAM! This is our bill."

Other than that, it's not even about the place, people, scenery, it's about you and how you feel. The strip club is just one of many, many stops on this ride, and it certainly isn't the best, not by a long shot.

Texas has some of the best clubs in the country. I should know :)

P.S.- And, I'm just a fun person.

I've been to several and never really got into the whole thing, even "the back room," VIP, etc.  I don't think that I can get anything there that I can get for free (with better quality) elsewhere.

I have seen three major types there:

1.) Men who couldn't get laid if they tried

2.) Men with a weird penchant for belittling women in their own twisted way (face it, buddy, all that ass-shaking just took ownership of your paycheck, not the other way around)

3.) Strip club = **** house (which hardly ever works out)

When I have gone, I was a little more interested in the women in attendance more so than the strippers.

Strip clubs are entertainment with friends for drinks and tunes, a few cute girls are icing on the cake. Again, it's not so much about the place or the people as it is about yourself. Strip bars are pretty low on the list, but they are on the list. Have had some great times and some not-so-great times. Strippers are NOT the show stealers by any means. I've been more of a show at clubs than the show. lol

The important element is that to not actually take strip club seriously. No matter how big of a deal they think they are or try to be. :)

I mean the classic ones where you pay small amounts of cash, compared to that "free" one in the bedroom. Most of the strippers are offering more than lap dance, which would be obvious when you see them going to the poles already naked - kind of like live menu.
