das keyboard broken?
« on: Thu, 09 February 2012, 08:04:33 »
hello,

first... im from germany --> sorry for my bad english.

today i got my new das keyboard model s. but i think its broken because there are arround 6 keys that does not realy click (feels and sounds like mx reds). or is it normal that there is such an huge difference between the click with the mx blues?
i thoughts are, that this keyboard got damaged by an other user and was send back. the cabel sits although not correct so there is a gab of 2-3 mm between the 2 case parts.

thanks for answers!

do the switches work but not click? or not even work?

you could try do pull a cap and look if there is blues underneath (very unlikely :D)
you got it from getdigital.de?

Return it. I had one which had only one key doing this, the " key. It was still annoying though.
