HHKB Pro 2 Problem

The delete key on my hhkb pro 2 doesnt work without me pressing fn, is there any way I can change this it is really annoying

Not sure if this will help but you try flipping the DIP switch to switch the function of the DELETE key?

I already did, does the keyboard have to be unplugged/

for Macs I have to unplug it and plug it back in to re-recognize the dipswitches. I didn't find this out until I got a shorter cable that required I unplug it to easily flip the board around haha.
