I've enjoyed my 55g backlit RC930. I like that I can turn the backlighting off, and that a non backlit version is available. IMO the RC930s feel about 5g lighter than advertised even though a nickel test confirms that the peak switch weight is indeed 55g. The switches feel kind of scratchy like a Noppoo board (because they're basically the same thing) and are dental banded from the factory. They're really quiet.
For the price it's not a bad deal at all. Recall that they are fully programmable, support 6KRO and NKRO explicitly, have an option of swapping Ctrl and Caps on the fly, can change the actuation point on the fly, and offer a few different backlighting colors.
My frustration with backlit boards - even when you can disable backlighting - is that they sometimes draw a whole bunch of current. I like to plug my keyboards into Android phones and tablets. Sometimes the backlighting draws more current than the device can provide causing weird behavior. So with my backlit V60 I have to be really careful to keep backlighting off!
