Sounds fair!

GLWS! You might want to specify that all the switches click too (assuming that it does) because it seems to be an issue lately with clicky switch keyboards.
Mmkay. :D  Might sell to family first though. ;)

Sounds like a good idea, especially if you're not shipping it.

Asked this a few pages back but never got a response. What would be a 'fair'(going price/what would you pay) price for a model M Soft Touch in decent working condition? A few scuffs, but otherwise fine.

I'd say about $20 to $25 since most people won't even give them a chance, sadly.

If any rivets are broken it would be a pain to bolt-mod with all the grease in there. And since a lot of the grease would get cleaned off during the bolt-mod it would no longer feel like a soft touch. So to sell it for the best price possible you will have to take a high-res pic of the plate and rivets. (Remember to use your fingernails to remove the broken rivets before taking the pic.)

Looking for a little guidance here, I see a lot of people offering mod services on this forum. What do you guys think it is worth if I wanted to have someone mod my QFR to add a plate to it? What do the plates typically cost? Thanks!

I'd say maybe $30 for assembly and $30 for the plate, if you can find one. ;)  I just bought a modded one with Greens for $140 shipped. ;)

You're going to need a universal TKL plate for a QFR, and that plate is probably going to cost you about $40.

I'm getting ready to sell my Topre 87u 55g keyboard(once I hit 60 posts), I absolutely love the board, but I'm just not using it enough to justify what I spent on it.  It was purchased at the end of March and has been very well taken care of.  Any idea what I could list it at? I was thinking 240 shipped.

I say you give that to me right meow, I'll evaluate it first.

In all seriousness though, a KPAD can sell for $250ish, so I'd say $300-$350ish since I've only seen a few of them.

Well, how much should I pay for this guy?

They claim it is an IBM Model F AT, so it should be usable on Ps2, right? These things are rare, so I don't know how to value it, not to mention Taobao folks have a rep for creating frankenstein keyboards with parts from elsewhere so I definitely do not want to pay as much for it as something I buy from Ebay USA.

It looks like an AT connector to me, so with an adapter you will be able to use it with PS/2. As for how much you should pay, I really don't know.

Looks real to me.  Yes, they are usable via AT to PS2 adapter and PS2 to USB converter.  Going rate for them AT F's are around $150 plus shipping.....if it's in amazing condition low $200's plus shipping.

Again it depends on who you are, and who you are selling it too; I'd love to pay you what you paid for it, so $35 + postage, but you could probably get upto $50 for it if you were lucky, though they havnt long been out so they are not too valuable.
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

Haha thanks! If I do sell it i'll give you the heads up. I have around 6 CCs and i'll probably sell 1 or 2.

Btw, Does anyone know what the CC 420 thing is worth? It's the engraved one without any coloring, just green.

Again it depends on who you are, and who you are selling it too; I'd love to pay you what you paid for it, so $35 + postage, but you could probably get upto $50 for it if you were lucky, though they havnt long been out so they are not too valuable.
Are you talking about the 420 key? I traded it for a mint MX CC so I'm not sure what the guy originally paid for. I thought the 420 keys were sold as a set.

Not sure of the exact CC name but it's an MX keycap. Anyone know what's it worth?

One Thermalright HR-02 lol, j/k. It's really going to depend, but I've seen people sell them for anywhere between $40 and $150+  :p

PS - PM me with the amount you're gonna sell it for before you offer anyone else ;)

Edit - Oh and it's called Oktoberfest

420 caps existed way before the recent 420 sale, so this isn't true. I know there were sales for them back in Fall of 2012, and there may have even been some before that.

Example - http://65.111.241.205/index.php?topic=35956.0

The 420 caps each sold for $133 and the Mr. Friday sold for $213  :p

Hey guys,

I forgot I had these until recently when I found them in a box which hadn't been opened since moving...so what should I ask for or expect to receive if I decide to sell?  I would probably want to sell all of the pieces as a group to someone who just got a hhkb and are looking for some accessories.

1, hhkb printed black keyset w/ red escape (little use, no shine on keys)
2, hhkb wooden wrist rest
3, hhkb travel bag
