What do you mean by original? I have not seen a single hhkb not made by PFU.
Which hhkb model are you looking for ( pro 2, hhkb lite, etc)

Not sure if serious o__0
There is a HHKB before they added the pro and lite label to it. It was a rubber dome over membrane board.

^ What is your point? I did no mention every single hhkb version ever made. My point is OP did not mention the hhkb model that he/she is looking for

He did. The original was just called HHKB.

I am looking for model PD-KB02, the one with Fujitsu switches. Some people prefer Fujitsu to capacitive in the same way one might prefer Cherry MX Blacks to Cherry MX Clears

Here is a picture:

Another picture, the PD-KB02 being in the bottom left-hand corner:

^ Good luck, that one is hard to get. IMO you will have more chances to get one in Yahoo Japan or in the Korean forums.

Too bad you didn't ask earlier, there was a HHKB (PD-KB02) on auction on Yahoo Japan just under a month ago.

Right. PD-KB01/02 occasionally comes up on Yahoo Japan Auction at like $40-100. Watch there.

They pop up periodically on ebay and aren't too expensive since they aren't Topres, do a saved search and wait or post a wanted in classifieds and you might get lucky.
I have some HHKB Lites if you need a rubber dome board to tide you over.

They vanish faster than outspoken psychologists around here though.

I hope we can help old Ally out.  :-)
