Got an Ergotron LX wall mount arm for my LG 27" IPS monitor, as well as some keycaps from Tech Keys  :p
(Attachment Link)
Please let me know the weight of the monitor and how it turns out.
http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=45668.0

The LG monitor I got is 9.5lbs or so, so it really shouldn't be a problem for the LX to handle. It is odd however that Ergotron's website says it can handle monitors up to 27" yet every other site says when listing the specs. Oh well, I guess we'll find out if it works, if not, I'll just send it back to Amazon.

Technically not in the mail, but received it today anyway.

Now I just have to find time to backup everything on my Mac, pull it apart (putty knife ready), swap hard drives, put it all back together again, install new OS, reinstall apps, restore data, and back to operational.

I seem to like making work for myself, not that I have any spare time anyway ;)

So much stuff I have forgotten to post in this thread. Should I even bother posting pics? Hmm..

I've gotten the following off the top of my head:
Different clacks from 4grabs
cables from mimic cables
mx mini
lz-gh
epsilon
model M
some cherry board with low profile switches that I can't remember the name of
a slightly broken logitech illuminate
soldapullt
solder wick
flux pen
kester solder
helper thing with magniglass
weller soldering station
ergodox
klaxon red on gray
cherry replica dyesub sets
gmk white on purple and cmyk sets (esc sets too)
julysicle from trade
geekhack t-shirts
various geek hack keys from various group buys.
Probably some other stuff I have forgotten about.
Lots of stuff accumulates over a ten month period.

I just wondered whether SSKs were appearing on the market now with GH caps already installed.

Which version of the PS3 did you get? When I got mine, I went out of my way and spent a bit more to find the one that plays PSX and PS2 games, but it was well worth it. I was never a PS person (XBOX), but I know that there are so many games from those generations that are top tier, so I wanted the ability to go back and play them when I had the chance.

the newest one. backwards compatibility is cool but i dont really care about older games.  we have a ps2 and i can always emulate psx.

Can emulate ps2 as well, thats how I played persona 3.  I kinda want a ps3 too since there are so many games i never got to play, but I think ill wait until either they drop a ton after the ps4 release, or just get a ps4 and download games on their store thing.

Why, its my Round 4 key caps!!

WOOT! Finally!

http://imgur.com/a/gfvEP

So, I am having stabalizer issues with the Noir caps on my Noppoo and the spherical space bar dosent fit my leopold, anyone have sugestions? I have narrower caps on the keys with stabalizers until I have it sorted, rather have to reach a little further than have it tilt and bind.

yeah i sort of considered waiting til they got cheaper but i had a little extra cash sitting around so i decided to go for it. no regrets so far :)
