Last night, my 62g gold plated springs came in. I opened them today, and found a strawberry KitKat as well. Thanks Zeal.

:) Strawberry KitKats are amazing.
They sure are.

I got an iPhone 5s today. It's making me sad so far.

Why?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Haha, yeah, work. I don't mind the iPhone, anyway. I just wish it (4S) were bigger. I'm spoiled by the OPO now.

I do like my iPad mini very much. I use it way more than I previously used my full size iPad (3rd gen).

My OPO and my iPad Mini are sitting right next to me. Upgraded from my the iP5S to the OPO and couldn't be happier! Even sold my iPhone for more money than the OPO cost me =]

Thanks man!

And I just realize he shipped me the wrong profile. OMG!!

I'm looking for row E (F1-F12) and the seller shipped me row D. You can tell from the underside of the key. Man! I did specifically said row E.

I have to go compare when I get home. Is E and D the same, do you or Vesper-bro know?

I totally agree in that you shouldn't have to pay shipping again. He is the one that made the mistake, and you're a paying customer.

Took the words right out of my mouth.  Looking good even with the wrong kind of switches  ;)

Oh, and as far as the scratches, I would hit it with some steel wool and then a scotchbright.  The stainless may fade a bit over time, and if you wanted to keep it how you finished it, you could clear coat it.

Don't think it was a shotty cap since the one I have made it through PhilPost fine.

I used a mail / freight forwarder so I was informed by my customs broker that it had to be confiscated unless I had the proper import permit.  I wouldn't be surprised if someone from customs has it and took it home.

Is it cheaper to get from Japan than from EK as you are in the US?

Even with EMS shipping, I still saved about $50 by using a Japanese proxy versus ordering the same equipment from EK.

Savings confirmed.

I paid 248 for my Type-S from PFU via Tenso with 3 day shipping
EK wanted 255 for a non-Type-S with 4 day shipping.

Not a hard choice to make.  :thumb:
