A couple USB N64 controllers to go with my RetroPie

Odd question... do you feel that your pi can handle the weight of all the games. Like... is it a smooth experience?
Absolutely! Pi 3 has a 1.2 Ghz chip and 1Gb of ram. More than enough. There are multiple emulators for each console included in RetroPie, so if one isn't working perfectly, you can just change it to work with another one.
Playing Ocarina of Time right now. No issues with any of the games I've run so far (SMB, Smash, Kart, Party, Tony Hawk's just to name a few).
Definitely recommend it!
Only issue so far was getting these N64 controllers working correctly in the menu and in game (yes, both work differently). The emulators expect you to be using a more modern controller (ex: 360) so I had to manually edit the config file for it, but that wasn't too hard.
