Hehehe, that isn't mine. That's Akimbro's. I actually did that set up for awhile but changed it up with different themes and the red caps

I might have a picture of that set up, gotta look. The difference would be that my lime greens are blanks.

Yeah, the Ti keys are pretty sweet, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more photos of the other finishes whenever they show up (hopefully soon, the Hammer Ti key GB has been taking quite a bit longer than I think any of us really anticipated).

How would you describe the sound of your titanium spacebar when typing on it vs. your aluminum spacebar? I found aluminum spacebars to be not very pleasant in a tactile way, and they sounded clunky. But then I keep seeing praise for titanium caps, so I'm curious what makes them better for typing (if anything).

On my LZ, the titanium bar has a bit more thwok to it, the sound profile is bit deeper and smoother compared to the aluminum - definitely sounds better to my ears. It's also a bit heavier - the aluminum spacebar I have weighs 13.2g, the titanium 18.1g (both are cherry profile 7x), although the difference isn't really all that noticeable to me (I'm using a 62g spring in my spacebar, 55g in most of the other keys). I also prefer the sandblasted texture as well, feels similar to my BSP PBT keys, maybe a bit stickier but otherwise pretty close.

You could get similar (or better) looking results with just about any halfway decent camera, a tripod, and a homemade light tent: http://digital-photography-school.com/how-to-make-a-inexpensive-light-tent

The equipment I used for these shots was a 100mm macro lens and two radio triggered flashguns just outside the frame for lighting, being diffused with some cheap light modifiers: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006NYJNTG/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Only reason I use flashguns is because they let me work faster compared to using a constant light source and having to reposition a tripod.

Yep, glad people liked the photos. And yeah, I really wish I had one of those light tents with me then (one of the nice things about light tents is how compact they can be). I brought this giant setup of umbrellas and light stands with me to keycon, only to find that we were pretty cramped for space (we only had one mid-sized room for all of keycon, I had my studio setup holed up in a corner of the room behind some wall dividers).

I used a Canon 5D Mark III w/ 100mm macro lens (Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM), and for lighting, 2 Canon 600EX-RT speedlights (each diffused via a small softbox - these ones: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006NYJNTG/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and triggered via a Canon ST-E3-RT. Not exactly the most cost efficient setup for product photography - you could get similar looking results with a tripod, a homemade light tent, and a desk lamp or two.
