KBT Pure manual

Hello,

I own a KBT Pure mechanical keyboard with Brown switches. I'm pretty satisfied with it, the switches feel great compared to the Blues I used previously and I like the keyboard's compactness.
The only problem is that I didn't receive a manual with the keyboard, and I can't make any accents.  I asked on other forums but got no answer...
I also type in french so I need those, and I'd like to remain in qwerty.
I tried pressing ` and a successively for example. But it just gives me `a. As for other letters, the keyboard doesn't seem to have an ALT GR key. I also can't find other accents apart from `.

It has some kind of switches at the back (I believe they're called DIP switches or something like that), could they be useful for this?

As far as the switches on the back are concerned, maybe this could help you:

As far as I can see they have nothing to do with accents though... :(

The keyboard is in ANSI layout, so if you have a functional ALT GR, then something is wrong. I unfortunately do not own a Pure yet, but I don't believe the dip switches toggle any significant layout changes such as ANSI to ISO.
Your best bet would be to try to emulate an ALT GR with Autohotkey: set up a script that recognizes your expected combinations with the right-ALT key.

CTRL+ALT simulates AltGr in Windows I think.

Nope. Not on the Pure, at least.

Thank you. But yeah, it has nothing to do with accents, I think...

Did you mean "if you DON'T have a functional ALT GR"?
Well I looked at the link MadScientist46 posted, and the DIP switches don't have any influence on the layout...

As for Autohotkey, I'll use this keyboard on several computers, not just mine. So I'd prefer sticking to the Pure's standard functions unless it is necessary...

é='+e or right-alt+e, both working here, for example.
and ê is shift+6 and then e.

Well I tried everything and it doesn't work for me. What could the problem be coming from?

Scan code from Alt-GR is exactly the same as R-Alt. If the key works, it will work as Alt-GR. Make sure you're using the correct keyboard layout that actually have Alt-GR. I hate to insult your intelligence, but make sure you're not hitting FN key. It is where R-Alt is supposed to be.
