Where do you get dye subs made?

Where are dye sub keys manufactured? The portal sets for example?

IMSTO and qtan can do dyesubs for... legally questionable (as far as reproduction rights) imagery. SP does a lot too.

There was a blue PBT run via keyboardlover that was SP, the 2 runs of Portal were SP, that's it off the top of my head, all else is Asian:  imsto's thick PBTs and others as well, like those bad-ass wrap-around printed caps (spongebob, et al)
