Nope. Been trying to get in touch with him. He was answering before, but now he just went silent. He was supposed to ship out a set of red alert 2.0 and the racing wheel from this deal.
I shipped the 2 CC's promptly to him, and expected he had already shipped out the wheel and keycap set since I gave him an extra $25 to cover shipping costs. He then proceeded to tell
me he didn't have the cash, and that it would take 21 days for him to transfer the fund from paypal to his bank account (which isn't true, it takes 3-5 days). He has plenty of excuses, but
doesn't seem to care about being prompt or courteous about ensuring that people receive their packages in a timely manner (if at all).

I would refrain from admonishments until we hear his side of the story. The appropriate thing to do would be to just lock him out of the classifieds subforum until he settles with MM. No participation in group buys, trades, etc.

And I've already decided Im done selling/trading here. I just don't have the means to send things on time. I live in the middle of nowhere with only a bike for transportation. I have a ****ty job and get like $20 or less out of my paycheck. I'm well aware that people are getting angry with me, and I try my hardest to make that not happen. im amazed at how forgiving this forum is for scammers lol on any other forum or anywhere else on the internet even when dealing with cash trades obvious scammers like this are banned fairly quickly, alot of leway given for this guy given his history :S

yet you happily take peoples money and dont even bother to communicate effectively. dont put for things up for sale/trade if you dont have the means to deliver them.

I don't think you are in a position to tell him what to do especially being down in Australia, you can only hope that he means what he says and will follow through. Not everyone on GH has access to the same materials everyone else does i.e a car, printer, or even time. Se being patient right now is your only real option and op, you should consider closing your threads after your sales are completed.

im free to my opinion it is the internet, and im not the only one who feels the same way. just find it amusing that someone who stole money is treated with such respect lol

also its only common bloody sense to not try and sell/trade stuff on forums if you dont have the ability to complete the sale/trades. all fine and dandy to take peoples money straight away but then people want leeway and "time" to get everything sorted? BS.

also you think his sale is completed? he is selling items he doesn't even own that he got in a trade that he still has not shipped the traded items for? lol you guys just boggle my mind.

I personally don't mind shipping delays, especially if the circumstances are like Lethal Squirrel's.
But bad/no communication is a must and unfortunately not everyone on this forum seems to think alike...

Passive aggression doesn't help. He hasn't scammed anyone as far as I'm concerned, if his claims of shipping everything out are true, all he has stolen is a bit of our time. Reaper has the Creeper keys, MM is getting his stuff from their trade, and longweight is getting his CC's, etc.

The sale isn't complete until everyone has received the goods they paid for. It doesn't matter what the circumstances are, you don't sell things you aren't prepared to ship to people.
