Well, if it's been a month and you haven't received anything, and the seller won't communicate with you at all, you have every right to initiate a chargeback with Paypal.

its abit wierd ipayed him then i waited 2weeks and wrote him ( hey dude were is my stuff ) and he said yeah sry sry i send it i have a delay iworked alot or anything and now 3weeks later nothing happend and wrote him emails and pm's and all and i was always very respectfull .
Soo i wrote him iam gona cancel payment tomorrow if he is not answering to my emails or pm's :/ this is still wierd because i got lot of good experiences from people on this community to be trusted (ithink this is just one bad example) but maybe there is still hope but idont think so.
