i bring shame to my people
« on: Fri, 26 October 2012, 18:45:01 »
after all the boards i've gone through, all the switches i've tried.

the praising i've done for greens, ghetto greens, blues and any heavy switch.

after all my selling of keyboards.

i ended my keyboard run the way i started it.

with a 60% keyboard with godawful browns.

i hate myself :(

i can't solder for **** so changing springs/switches/LEDs isn't an option and im too cheap to pay for somebody to do it.

At least it's not rubber dome.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

You know browns are your favorite and that you were destined to return to them.

You've made the right choice. Browns are the best.

If you really hate it, use it as a paperweight. And just get a program to talk to your computer to post. Who needs keyboards for internets fun?
