Mechanical Cherry MX Switch Key rings!
« on: Fri, 02 November 2012, 08:57:51 »
Hey Guys

Been working with a 3D printing company and a custom key cap business to have these key rings produced! This is only a test batch, but ever since I obtained a Ducky key ring, I've been on the hunt for a UK stockist, but since I couldn't find any, I decided to get my own made!

What do you guys think?

Does anyone know where to get hold of some Cherry Green switches? Some people are asking about them. In fact, getting loads of attention, may have to start selling them :D

Hard to get atm. Right now people are looking for the *teased* coolermaster board to cannibalize.

Very nice :)

There are a couple of eBay sellers selling these.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Jealous, especially since my Ducky didn't even come with a keyring like nearly everyone elses did :(

I have two Duckys, the second one came with key ring, but the first did not.
