Just one:

I think an Oktoberfest would be enough to fulfill my CC needs... but a Candy Corn Skull or a Depth Black would be nice too.

Just chill out and wait for the email, they aren't going to rush it just to get them out. The plan is to do it fairly and that might take a few days.

Probably. I'm sure there are some crafty people out there who have found ways. The sad reality is that depending on how EK determines who is cheating the crafty guys will get away with it and the honest people who happened to register on the same computer as another GH member might get banned from this sale and any future sales.
