Legs down. I prefer to have no slope at all.
Habits have changed. Ten years ago, I always wanted the legs up.

My daily use boards have no legs.

A couple of my vintage boards do, but I couldn't imagine wanting to use them ever as they are already plenty sloped. No legs.

Definitely don't use the legs on my keyboard.  I've used it when I first started typing a long time ago, but it started to hurt my wrists after mass gaming sessions.

I've actually recently put little rubber legs on the front side of 2 of my keyboards to make them as flat as possible or even have a bit of a negative angle. I find that with my wrists bent less backwards that I have less pain after typing for long periods.

This was recommended to me by someone on IRC. If I could remember who it was I'd quickly thank him/her.
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.
