That's a lot like mine, except I messed up the keys.

Let me know how the die works, if it works good for you, I might try it.

I like the floor, it reminds me of being single ...

Did you just use regular spray paint on yours?  Did you just mess up the keycaps?

I'm dumb. I used car spray paint, which looks good and feels nice, but I forgot to tape off the guides on the command keys. They still work, but it's not the same.

I think the dye might look and feel more natural, if that page you posted is accurate. His 'board looks pretty nice, but i wouldn't have done it that way.

What year was this taken? I'm guessing late 90's early 2000's.

moose.

sigh
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
