Nice find indeed.  Aren't they the one who makes some PSU for Corsair and Corsair just slap their stickers on and sell them for more? lol

Only some Corsair models were Seasonics.  I think their cheaper builder series and the like are not Seasonics

Yes, they make some for Corsair, XFX, Antec, and other companies.

Many companies use Seasonic OEM ( Antec, XFX, etc,.) Some Corsair power supplies are rebadged Seasonics, most notably AX650, AX750, & AX850, but there are others (TX v2, HX520, HX620, HX450, & HX650). The AX series are high end Seasonic X based, while the others are mostly mid range SeaSonic S12/S12II based. Corsair also uses CWT units, which can vary from mediocre (CWT DSA-II) to mid highend (CWT DSG). They also have an inhouse Flextronics unit, which is used for the AX1200.

I paid even few ten bucks more (when I convert currency) year ago for 450W model. On the other hand if I buy this then with shipping to the Europe and damned customs it will cost 2x more... sad.
