** U can track it on vnpost.vn when it in Viet Nam, and track it on ur postoffice service website when it come ur country (eg: US can track it on USPS.com)
*** This is normal shipping, cheap but slow. Normal it'll take 2-4 weeks to receive.

When I bought something from him, I did not get a shipping notice from (e.g.) PayPal.  The item just arrived at my office via USPS.

Nicely packed, but no e-mail in advance.
