It's funny, in the article they mention the closest colors they could find were Husky Orange and Spicy Hue.  So, Hack Orange isn't really far off...

I'm in the process of learning to touch type the number row and it's real strug right now.

What helped me was figuring out the cable is right above the 8 key on the hhkb
